“Todos los habitantes de Delaware deben de tener acceso a cuidado de salud de calidad, sin importar su identidad de género”. Con estas palabras de la comisionada de Seguros en el estado Karen Weldin Stewart, se lanzaba un claro mensaje a todas la empresas de seguros de salud que operan en Delaware.
